Extension and conversion of existing building to student accommodation apartments.

This $10 million development involved the extension and conversion of an existing three storey building in Melbourne's inner city to deliver a six storey apartment block yeilding 96 student accommodation apartments.

In addition to being subject to the many constraints attached to inner-city construction, doubling the height of the existing structure - from three to six storeys - called for precision underpinning which is meticulously planned, sequenced and implemented.
